Much of are products are "hand-made" products therefore the buyer should NOT expect every product to be exactly alike in size or weight.

Processing and Return Products
Every order from Asia Charisma will be processed with most efficiency, however we can not guarantee timely delivery of all shipments; particularly shipments made via "international registered" airmail system. Generally shipments using "international registered" airmail takes an average of 12 business days to make delivery to most locations around the globe. Considering every day politics, more strict custom's standards and heightened national security policies, delivery can be delayed for several weeks. Please do take in consideration the security measures taken for importing packages into your country before ordering from us. We will do everything we can to help expedite each package, however, delivery time is entirely up to the shipping companies and custom brokers involved in the process.

When purchasing our products by weight we will supply you with exactly what your ordered. For example, when ordering 200 grams of Karen tribal beads, we will supply you with exactly 200 grams even if the quantity of your order's total weight is less than what you paid for, we will complement your order with additional pieces so that your order will equal to 200 grams. The total gram you paid for is what you will receive.

Choosing a shipping courier is the buyer's responsibility. Asia Charisma can only make recommendations but can not be held responsible for loss or damage during the transporting of any product. Some promotional items are sold with FREE shipping and have already been set up to use a specific courier for a specific destination. If the buyer would like to use a different courier than that specified, the buyer will be charged the difference. Refer to our shipping page for more details.

If any product does not meet the buyer's expectation, Asia Charisma will gladly replace any item if the buyer returns the item to us within 30 days of verified payment date. Shipping cost for return product is solely the buyer's responsibility unless this has been arranged with us before hand.

Out-of-Stock & Back-Order
If any item is out-of-stock after an order has been issued and payment confirmed...you will have the option of canceling any back order items and Asia Charisma will refund the difference using the same method of payment. You will be notified once your order has been completely processed at which time you can notify us of how you would like to proceed with the back order items. If we do not receive confirmation from you within 3 days, we will assume to proceed with the back order and make shipment accordingly.

Wholesale and Custom Orders
The majority of our products are readily available, therefore, most orders can be processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours. However, in the case of a very large-quantity order or "custom" order in which we need to "create" any product, processing can take up to 10 days. We will take full responsibility in keeping the client updated on progress for this type of order. Please keep in mind that hand made products will certainly take time to create, however Asia Charisma will always process each order with the most efficiency for a timely delivery.
