USA-CONSOLIDATED SHIPPING: (TEMPORARILY DISCONTINUED)
Due to customs and delivery issues with shipments to the USA, we are now offering weekly consolidated shipping from Thailand via UPS Express or Federal Express with full insurance coverage based on total value purchased (see table below).

WHY CONSOLIDATE SHIPPING?
We try to provide our clients with the lowest price using the most efficient shipping method possible. For several years, we have researched ways to improve our shipping procedure so that delivery can be made as quickly and efficiently as possible. Clients that have worked with us before are already aware that shipping from Thailand by registered airmail can take many days and often unreliable. We have always quoted airmail shipments to make delivery world wide within 14 days, however, we have found that this is rarely the case when shipping to the US where delivery within this time frame is not likely to happen. Therefore, we hope to resolve this issue by providing our US clients with an alternative shipping method at the lowest price possible using our consolidated shipping method.

HOW DOES CONSOLIDATED SHIPPING WORK?
Consolidated shipping is available to US clients only. Each US client will have the option to select this method of shipping from their shopping cart during the check out process. If this method of shipping is selected, our team will process and hold your package to be combined with other US packages where it will make one large shipment via UPS or FedEx to our location in Long Beach, California. Your package is then taken out and repackaged to be shipped to you via USPS (US Postal Service) Priority Mail where delivery will be made quickly. Depending on the volume of orders, we can estimate shipping at least once a week, ensuring that you will receive your package within 14 days.

Retail Order- Flat Rate Airmail Shipping:
*A flat shipping fee of $6.00 US Dollar is charged for ALL International Registered Airmail Packages. International airmail packages have an average delivery time of approximately 14 days and will require the recipient to sign for the package upon delivery. If there is no one to sign for the package, the postal service will require that you come to sign for it at their location.

Wholesale Order Shipping: ALL wholesale orders submitted to us will be shipped via courier; EMS (Express Airmail), UPS Express Saver or FedEx (Federal Express Package). Due increasing fuel, shipping and insurance cost for high value merchandise such as silver and gold-- Asia Charisma will provide insurance of up to $500 USD free of charge. However, any orders above $500 USD will have the option to purchase additional insurance through the shipping company where the package is submitted. We will make sure to notify each client of this option at the time an order is submitted to us.

Once you, the client and our order processing team has agreed on the order submitted, Asia Charisma will be in close contact with you through out the process until your product actually arrive to you. First time clients will be required to submit an initial deposit of no less than 50% of the total order submitted. Once your order has been completely processed, a shipping invoice with balance will be made available for review and payment. Once we receive your confirmation, the product will be packaged and released for shipment at which time our team will be in touch with you package tracking information.

*Any duty or tariff charges are solely the client's responsibility.

Shipping prices fluctuate on a daily basis, so we will not quote a specific shipping price for wholesale orders until an actual "price inquiry/order form" has been submitted to us. Shipping costs will be charged exactly what the courier charges us to ship each box or merchandise. We do not make additional costs to shipping prices. If specific items need special packaging materials that the courier does not provide, we will make a slight adjustment to your shipping cost, however, this is a rare situation. In any case, rest assure that we will bill you the shipping costs first to confirm that price and courier is suitable with you.
