Purchasing a batch of silver reserve means you are buying silver granules based on current daily price plus what it costs us to manufacture each gram of silver. This price may fluctuate based on these factors:

1. Silver Price based on the Commodities Exchange.
2. US Dollar to Thai Baht Exchange Rate
3. Cost of manufacturing and maintanance of silver granules.

Please understand there are a reasonable amount of risk involved when reserving silver for later use. Many factors should be considered before making this type of purchase. Our intention is to allow you the opportunity to buy the necessary silver granules in advance to complete your order requiremenst at a later time. A good scenario to best explain this concept is "if" you purchase 1000 grams of silver at today's rate to be used any time in the future and if in a month's time you require silver to be manufactured, you will already have the silver granules necessary to create your product. Once manufacturing is complete, you will only need to pay for shipping and insurance cost for the completed silver designs. Purchasing requirements and refund policy are as follows:

1. NO Credit or Cash Refund after 12 hours of order submission. Payment received is used to purchase silver granules within that business day.
2. Silver reserves can be used any time in the future. How much silver you reserved or purchased will be what you receive. If you reserve 1000 grams of silver today and in 6 months want to use this credit, you will be entitled to only 1000 grams of silver regardless what silver cost at the time you want to use your credit.
3. Silver granules can be used towards manufacturing of hill tribe silver only. Manufacturing time is determined by volume of order and can take 3 to 14 days.
   • Other determining factor on production time:
     1. Monsoon (Tropical Rain) Season often causes floods which slows production and delivery time.
     2. Peak season from August through October where many large custom orders are received as companies prepare for Holiday sales.
     3. Farming Season; most Karen hill tribe families also operate fruit plantations, rice farms and plant other fruits and vegetables. This is the Karen's most important supplement to their income, therefore production tend to slow down during some months of the year.
4. Minimum order requirement of 200 grams per design and can be used towards custom manufacturing of your own designs.
5. Shipping charges will be added on separately before release of shipment.
