Keep in mind that when purchasing "retail" by adding items to your shopping cart, you are ordering each item in "sets" of specified quantity for that particular product. For example, item ASB208 has an average weight of 0.9 gram and is sold in sets of 8 pieces (pack of 8 pieces) totaling 7.2 grams. Since our product price is based on weight, we will ensure that you, the client receives the quantity ordered as well as the weight equivalent to the dollar paid for the product, thus the reason why you will often see more quantity when the package is delivered. To figure out your weight equivalent, take the dollar ordered and divide it by the current price... If a retail order reaches our wholesale level, our shopping cart will not recalculate cost for you-- our processing team will automatically upgrade your order to matching wholesale level. You will be notified!
Once you are satisfied with your order, you may review your merchandise on your shopping cart by clicking on the "review cart" provided on each category page. When on the check out page, you are able to make quantity corrections and choose your shipping method before checking out from the cart. Once you have checked out of our shopping cart using MasterCard, Visa or PayPal as payment, you will receive a confirmation email within minutes of completing the credit card payment process. This email will also serve as your purchase receipt, therefore should be kept as your record should you need to refer to it in case of any delay in delivery or some other reason-- please keep it in your Inbox until everything has been finalized and your order has arrived to your satisfaction.
Wholesale Purchases
Our hill tribe silver components are manufactured for wholesale to maximized profitability for you and our Karen hill tribe artisans. Therefore to be able to achieve fair price for everyone, minimum wholesale purchase requirements are set for our wholesale order structure. Download our price-inquiry/wholesale order form to review wholesale price and purchase requirements for each category or go to our pricing page for full details on our pricing structure.
Download and fill out the wholesale order form accordingly and our spreadsheet will calculate price, weight and quantity for you automatically. Once completed to your satisfaction, email the form to us (contact page) as an email attachment for our sales team to review. Once your order has been reviewed, Asia Charisma will issue you a confirmed invoice as a payment request by email. You are not obligated to make payment, however your order will NOT be processed until payment is confirmed. Note that shipping costs will be added to your invoice according to total product weight and size unless your order includes FREE shipping.
**When ordering wholesale--Karen hill tribe silver products are sold by piece using the average weight for each piece to calculate price, however Asia Charisma will make sure that each order receives the exact or more grams of which you have paid. For instance, if you paid $700 USD for 200 pieces totaling 1000 grams; we will make sure you receive at least 200 pieces totaling 1000 grams which often means you will receive more pieces than what you ordered.
Paying for Wholesale Orders
Once we have reviewed and confirmed your wholesale order, you will receive a confirmed order-invoice and our sales team will post your complete order invoice on a secure page within our site with a private link for Visa, MasterCard or PayPal payment from our shopping cart which means that you will be paying for your wholesale order by checking out from our secured shopping cart system which your transaction will be recorded on our secure shopping cart server as well as PayPal's or Link Point's credit processing server. Client using the "CASH" or wire transfer payment system should be in close contact with our processing team for detailed instructions. In most cases a full payment is required unless arrangements have been made with us before hand. Once your payment has been verified, your order will be processed with most efficiency and you will be notified of shipping details once a shipment has been made with UPS, FedEx or EMS. For security reasons, payment through our shopping cart system will need to be initiated within 7 days before your invoice is automatically deleted from our server which the order will also be canceled.

Out-of-Stock & Back-Order
If any item is out-of-stock after an order has been issued and payment confirmed, you will have the option of canceling any back order items and Asia Charisma will refund the difference using the same method of payment. You will be notified once your order has been completely processed at which time you can notify us of how you would like to proceed with the back order items. If we do not receive confirmation from you within 3 days, we will assume to proceed with the back order and make shipment accordingly. ALL BACK ORDER ITEMS ARE SHIPPED FREE OF CHARGE.
Custom Orders: Silver Logos and Personalized Silver Jewelry Designs
We specialize in creating custom silver jewelry logos and unique silver jewelry designs. If you are in search for this service, please send us an email (Contact Us page) with the following information:
- 1.An image or drawing of your custom design.
- 2.Description of the design with size specifications: weight, length, width, height, thickness
- 3.Specify it's use so we can get a better idea of your intentions.
- 4.Provide us an estimated time frame if you have a dateline.
There are limitations to what our artisans are capable of creating, therefore, we will leave the final decision to our artisans. Once the artisans have agreed to create the custom design, we will create sample pieces and photograph it for you to review. Custom orders follow the same pricing structure as other hill tribe silver products. However, considering that this design will be made only for you, we will require a minimum order requirement of 300 grams per design. This will ensure that our Karen artisans are compensated for their effort and will give incentive for the artisan to do their best in creating the design.
