NOTE: To ensure extra security, payments with credit card should be verified with your issuing bank or credit card company under 3D security system; Master Card Secure Code, J-Secure and Verified by Visa. The following is a list of sites to register your card.

How to successfully complete a credit card payment?
1. If you plan on submitting payment using a Visa, MasterCard or JCB card, please register your 3D security, Verified by Visa, MasterCard Secure and J-Secure code with your issuing bank or through the credit card company. It is very simple and the links above will get you started. Once you have registered your card, you will have additional security when shopping online and you will not need to register your card again.

2. Once you are finished shopping and ready to submit your payment through the shopping cart; select you country and shipping preference, then click on the GO TO PAYMENTS button will take you to the "Billing Details" and "Shipping Address" page.

3. Insert you billing information and your shipping address (if different from you billing address). Make sure to check the *REQUIRED! field as agreement for our terms and policy, then click CONTINUE which will take you to the "Payment Options" page.

4. Select CREDIT CARD as your payment option and click CONTINUE which will take you to the SUBMIT ORDER page. Click on the SUBMIT ORDER button will send your shopping cart total to our credit card payment gateway, KRUNGSRI E-Payment (Bank of Ayudhya, PCL.) where your browser should refresh itself and redirect you to the "Payment Information" page for credit card information input.

5. Select your card and insert your credit card information into the corresponding fields. Under "Card issuer country", make sure to select the country of which the card was issued (i.e. United States of America). Once you have done this, it may take the system a minute or two to update the list of "Card Issuer Name". Wait for the name of your card issuing bank to appear and select it. If you do not know who your card issuer is; look on the back of your debit or credit card! After selecting your card issuer name, select the expiration date for your card and insert the CVV (last 3 digits of your signature bar code on the back of your card) and click SUBMIT which will take you to Payment Confirmation page. Review your card information and click CONFIRM which will take you to your 3D Secure Code page.

6. Once you are on the 3D security page, you will need to input the information (password, phrase etc.) you registered with 3D security, Verified by Visa, MasterCard Secure and J-Secure system and click SUBMIT which will redirect you back to our payment gateway where you will receive a confirmation whether your purchase was successful or not.

7. If any error occur during this process, make sure to copy the page to an email and send it to us so that we can correct any errors.
